About Randall

Randall Kaiden trained in California law and built a career centered on legal issues that affect older adults and families. He earned a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law and later completed a Master of Laws at the University of San Diego School of Law. Those academic steps prepared him for practice in state courts and for work across probate, trusts and elder care planning.

Early in his career Kaiden worked in settings that handled estate administration and long-term care planning. Over time he moved into private practice and took on cases that required both legal knowledge and careful client counseling. He is the principal lawyer of Kaiden Elder Law Group, PC, where he manages both client matters and the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Kaiden’s practice covers a range of topics common to elder law. He assists clients with estate planning instruments such as wills and trusts. He advises on conservatorships and powers of attorney. He also works on Medicaid and public benefits planning for clients who face long-term care needs. His work involves preparing legal documents, guiding families through court procedures and coordinating with financial and healthcare professionals when necessary.

Professional association memberships form a steady part of Kaiden’s practice life. He holds membership in the California State Bar Trusts & Estates Section and belongs to the Ventura County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association. At the national level, he is part of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers. Those memberships keep him connected to peers and current developments in elder and estate law.

Colleagues describe Kaiden as methodical in his approach to casework. He often works directly with clients and their families to understand practical needs and legal options. His office handles both planning for the healthy client and urgent matters for those already facing incapacity or institutional care. He drafts documents, files necessary court petitions and communicates with agencies involved in benefits determinations.

Kaiden maintains his practice in California and continues to serve clients through Kaiden Elder Law Group, PC. He balances courtroom work and transactional matters, aiming to provide clear legal guidance on complex elder law and estate matters. He currently concentrates his practice on elder law and estate planning.
