About Randall
Randall Drew built a career at the intersection of immigration law and courtroom practice. He combines classroom training with two decades of work in both private and firm settings. Drew earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1993 after completing a bachelor’s degree in political science at Plymouth State College in 1989. Those years set a foundation in statutory interpretation and administrative procedure that shows up in his day-to-day practice. He has remained connected to professional networks that match his area of work.
His early post-law school years included private practice. In 1998 he worked at the Law Offices of Mona T. Movafaghi, PC. That role gave him hands-on exposure to client intake and the litigation process. In 2008 he joined Wiggin & Nourie, PA, as part of its Immigration Practice Group, where he handled matters that required coordination between state filings and federal immigration authorities. Two years later he launched his own firm.
Since 2010 he has been the owner of Drew Law Office, pllc. Running a small firm has kept him close to clients and to the practical tasks of case preparation. It has also meant handling appeals and filings that require admission to federal appellate jurisdiction. He practices in New Hampshire courts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Professional membership has been a steady element of his career. He joined the New Hampshire Bar Association in 1997 and became a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 1999. Those memberships have provided continuing legal education and a forum for changes in immigration policy and procedure.
