About Randall
Randall Carver came to law after a concentrated study of economics. He earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Georgia in 2005 and completed his J.D. at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2008. Those academic years shaped his approach to problem solving and evidence, and they provided the foundation for a practice based in Georgia.
He became a partner at Bournakis & Mitchell, P.C. in 2013. The title reflects a steady rise at the firm and a responsibility for managing client matters and mentoring more junior lawyers. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and maintains professional memberships, where he participates in continuing legal education and peer activities.
Carver’s training in economics and law gives him a practical angle on legal questions that involve numbers, contracts and negotiations. He applies analytical tools learned in undergraduate study alongside doctrinal training from law school. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing records and deliberate when weighing options, traits that lawyers and clients commonly value in complex matters.
His work over the years has been based out of multiple offices of Bournakis & Mitchell, P.C. The firm’s structure has placed him in positions where coordination across teams and across locations is part of the day-to-day. That operational experience has influenced how he directs case strategy and allocates resources on larger files.
Outside of firm duties, he keeps an active profile in bar and professional activities. He stays current through seminars and association meetings. Those engagements also offer a chance to exchange practice ideas with peers and to follow changes in state rules and local court procedures.
Today he is an established partner at Bournakis & Mitchell, P.C., practicing in Georgia and serving clients from the firm’s multiple offices. He currently practices law in Georgia from multiple Bournakis & Mitchell, P.C. offices.
