About Randall A.

Randall A. Meincke began his path in the law after completing undergraduate studies in psychology and religion at Mercer University in 1967. He returned to Mercer for legal training and earned his J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law in 1972. Those academic years set the stage for a long career rooted in Georgia’s courts and legal communities.

Early in his professional life Meincke entered practice in Georgia. Over the decades he developed a steady presence in the local bar. He has held membership in the Forsyth County Bar Association since 1996, a sign of sustained engagement with peers in that part of the state. His connection to the county bar points to regular work in regional matters and an ongoing role in the county’s legal network.

Colleagues describe Meincke as thorough and practical in approach. He prefers clear analysis and direct answers. That style suits the kinds of matters commonly routed through state courts. His training in psychology and religion, coupled with a legal education, gives him a perspective that some clients and fellow lawyers find useful when cases involve personal or community issues.

Meincke’s professional timeline covers several decades of change in Georgia law. He practiced through shifts in procedure, technology and courtroom practice. Those years in practice have required adaptation. He has maintained ties to local legal organizations while continuing to represent clients on matters presented in his jurisdiction.

Outside of court and client meetings, his participation in the Forsyth County Bar Association has included attendance at meetings and involvement in the association’s activities. That sustained membership illustrates an interest in the local bench-bar dialogue. It also reflects a regular presence in the county where many of his matters have been filed and heard.

As of 2026 Meincke remains active in the Georgia legal community. He brings a long view of the law shaped by classroom study at Mercer and by decades of practice. His work today continues to center on legal matters arising under Georgia law, handled in state forums and local courthouses.

He currently practices in Georgia, handling a range of state and local legal matters in Forsyth County and beyond.
