About Ramit

Ramit Mizrahi followed a steady academic path that prepared him for a career in law and public policy. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley in 2000. He then spent a year at the London School of Economics, receiving a Master of Science in Gender & Social Policy in 2001. Mizrahi completed his legal education at Yale Law School, receiving his J.D. in 2004.

After law school Mizrahi built a practice centered on labor and employment law. He holds admission in both New York and California, and in 2013 he launched his own firm, Mizrahi Law, APC. That same year he joined the Executive Committee of the State Bar of California Labor and Employment Law Section, a role that placed him among practitioners who focus on workplace rules and litigation.

His background in business and social policy informs his approach to employment matters. He has spent much of his career on the intersection of law and workplace practice, handling issues that commonly arise in labor and employment contexts. Colleagues and peers have noted his experience working in both state and federal contexts, which has shaped how he advises clients about compliance and disputes.

Mizrahi runs a small firm that operates across two major jurisdictions. He founded Mizrahi Law, APC to provide direct counsel and representation in employment-related matters. The firm takes on a range of workplace issues and the practice reflects his combined legal and policy training. He has remained active in bar work and professional circles connected to labor and employment law since the early 2010s.

Those who work with him describe a lawyer who balances courtroom experience with an interest in policy and procedure. He has navigated regulatory and litigation environments in California and New York. That experience underpins how he evaluates risk for clients and how he develops case strategy.

As a practitioner he continues to divide his time between advising clients and handling contested matters in the employment arena. His practice focuses on labor and employment law matters across California and New York.
