About Ramil A.
Ramil A. Kaminsky took a straightforward path into the law, moving from a Florida undergraduate degree to a legal education within a few years. He earned his B.A. from the University of South Florida in 2010 and completed his J.D. at Stetson University College of Law in 2013. Those years framed his transition from student to practitioner in the Florida legal community.
After law school, Kaminsky established himself in the state where he trained. He has practised in Florida and over time assumed greater responsibility at his firm. Colleagues describe a lawyer who handles both the business and legal demands of running a practice, balancing case work with administrative duties. That blend of roles is common for lawyers who move into firm leadership, and Kaminsky followed that route.
His title at the firm is Managing Partner of RAK Law Office. In that capacity he oversees day-to-day operations, works directly with clients, and takes part in litigation and transactional matters handled by the office. The managing partner role calls for decisions about staffing, case strategy, and firm direction, and he has been the visible leader of the firm in those areas.
Kaminsky has maintained professional memberships since 2013. He has kept ties to the legal community through those memberships and by practising under Florida jurisdiction. Those connections have informed his approach to casework and firm management. He also engages with clients and peers in ways that reflect the practical demands of serving individuals and businesses in the state.
Colleagues and clients encounter a lawyer who combines courtroom and office responsibilities. He is equally involved in preparing filings and briefing matters as he is in overseeing the administration of the practice. That combination shapes how he assigns work within the firm and how he measures outcomes for clients.
Today he leads RAK Law Office and continues to practise law in Florida. His current practice focuses on the matters handled through RAK Law Office.
