He has been practicing law for over 27 years, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

Mr. Ramde earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he graduated in 1997. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1992. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1994. Additionally, Mr. Ramde earned a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in 1999.

Mr. Ramde concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, intellectual property, and real estate law. He represents entrepreneurs, businesses, and high-net-worth individuals in matters involving partnership and corporate formation, governance, business financing, intellectual property, real estate transactions, and general business counseling. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including negotiations, litigation, and trials in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ramde has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Santa Clara, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to joining Structure Law Group, he was a practicing attorney with corporate clients and at established Silicon Valley law firms, such as Cooley LLP and Pennie & Edmonds. He has provided services to technology clients, start-ups, and technology investors for many years.
