About Rajeh A.

Rajeh A. Saadeh built his legal foundation at Rutgers University, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in political science and Middle Eastern studies in 2007. He continued his studies at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a J.D. in 2010 and a certificate in business and public policy the same year. Those academic years shaped both his legal training and his interest in how law intersects with public institutions.

After law school Saadeh entered private practice and eventually established his own firm. He is the owner of The Law Office of Rajeh A. Saadeh, L.L.C. There he handles cases that touch on court practice and dispute resolution. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Saadeh has completed family mediation training through the New Jersey State Bar Association. The training complements the courtroom skills he uses in contested matters and provides an alternative path when parties prefer to resolve disputes outside of trial. He also serves as the lawyer on the Board of Health for the Township of Springfield, a role that involves advising a municipal body on regulatory and procedural issues.

His professional involvement extends to bar leadership. Saadeh is a current member of the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. That position keeps him engaged in statewide discussions about practice developments and lawyer education. It also places him in regular contact with lawyers across a range of practice areas and career stages.

Colleagues describe Saadeh as methodical in courtroom preparation and pragmatic in settlement discussions. He combines courtroom experience with mediation skills to help clients consider all paths to resolution. He has experience handling procedural matters in state and federal forums, and he brings that procedural knowledge to municipal and administrative questions.

Outside the office he remains connected to community governance through his work on the Township of Springfield’s board, where legal advice meets public service. He maintains a private practice while continuing those local responsibilities.

His current practice focuses on litigation, mediation and municipal matters.
