Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Boulder County, Colorado, from 2014 to 2019, prosecuting criminal cases including sexual assault and attempted murder. She also served as a Project Director at the Rocky Mountain Victim Law Center from 2012 to 2014, advocating for victims' rights.
Ms. Bayas is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, serving on the Consumer Protection Committee.
