About Raemi Laurel

Raemi Laurel Neils began her path to law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she completed her legal studies. She came out of that program prepared for the demands of practice in California. Her legal education provided a foundation in state procedure, statutory interpretation and client advocacy that she carried into the next phase of her career.

After law school Neils entered the California legal community. She is admitted to practice in California and has worked in several capacities across the state’s courts and administrative forums. Her early years in practice involved courtroom work, client counseling and the routine drafting that defines day-to-day litigation and transactional matters. Those experiences shaped how she approaches problems and communicates with clients.

Neils is an attorney at the Law Office of Troy & Neils LLLP. There she works alongside colleagues on matters that arise under California law. In that setting she handles filings, prepares pleadings and engages in negotiation on behalf of clients. The environment of a firm practice requires balancing case preparation with client counseling and procedural deadlines, and Neils has adapted to that pace.

Colleagues describe her style as practical and direct. She places value on clear explanations and on setting realistic expectations for those she represents. Her written work reflects an attention to legal detail. In meetings she tends to prioritize the options that are available within the framework of the law rather than dwell on hypotheticals.

Outside the courtroom she remains connected to developments in California law through regular review of appellate decisions and changes in statutory schemes. That ongoing study helps when advising clients about risks and likely outcomes. Raemi Laurel Neils also draws on her earlier courtroom experiences when preparing witnesses and drafting pleadings.

She currently practices at the Law Office of Troy & Neils LLLP, handling legal matters in California.
