About Raees
Raees Mohamed trained at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Management and International Business with a minor in Communication in 1999. He returned to ASU for law school and completed his Juris Doctor at the Sandra Day O Connor College of Law in 2006. Those years established the academic foundation that would anchor his legal career in Arizona.
He moved into practice roles soon after law school and founded Mohamed Law, PLC in 2010. That venture led to a shareholder position at WONG FUJII CARTER, P.C. in 2011. By 2012 he was teaching as an adjunct professor at the Sandra Day OConnor College of Law, balancing classroom responsibilities with practice. The mix of firm work and teaching marked an early rhythm in his career.
In 2014 he became a partner at Kelly / Warner, PLLC. Five years later he co-founded RM Warner Law and remains a partner there as of 2019. Across those firm roles he has taken on leadership responsibilities, managed client matters and helped shape firm operations. He is authorized to practice in Arizona and has built his career inside that jurisdiction.
His time in academic and firm settings gave him experience across different practice environments. As an adjunct professor, he delivered instruction to law students and engaged with legal education at his alma mater. In private practice he has served in founding, shareholder and partner positions, each requiring a combination of legal work and administrative decision-making. Colleagues and clients know him for steady involvement in case and firm management rather than for one singular specialty.
Today he practices at RM Warner Law, where he continues to work on matters arising in Arizona. He maintains ties to the academic community through his earlier teaching role and remains based in the state where he trained and built his career. He currently practices at RM Warner Law and handles legal matters in Arizona.
