RaDonna A Gaddis combines recent legal training with years of hands-on experience in client work. She earned a J.D. from Lincoln Memorial University in 2023 after beginning her studies in 2019. Earlier, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Non-Profit Management at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, finishing in 2011 after starting in 2008.
Her time in law school coincided with practical roles that deepened her understanding of litigation and client advocacy. In 2022 she served as a law clerk at Best & Brock. The position placed her in the flow of case preparation, legal research and drafting, and offered a view of trial practice from behind the scenes. That role followed earlier work as a paralegal at Warren and Griffin in 2008, a job she held while still completing her undergraduate studies.
