About Rachel
Rachel Gage built a clear academic foundation before entering the courtroom. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University in 2004 and completed her Juris Doctor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008. Those years shaped her approach to legal problems and to the institutions that govern cities and regions.
After law school she moved into the federal system. She served for a period under The Honorable C. Christopher Hagy at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. That clerkship offered daily exposure to briefing, courtroom procedure and the rhythms of federal litigation. The experience gave her practical insight into how judges evaluate facts and law.
By 2010 she joined Robbins Ross Alloy Belinfante Littlefield LLC as a lawyer. At the firm she engaged in the work typical of a busy litigation practice: drafting pleadings, preparing motions, conducting discovery and arguing before trial courts. Colleagues describe her as steady in court and precise on paper. She has handled matters that required attention to both state and federal procedure, and her background in the Northern District proved useful in cases that touched on federal questions.
Gage is admitted to practice in Georgia and maintains an active role in trial practice in the region. She continues to refine courtroom skills she first honed during her clerkship. Outside of hearings and filings she works with clients to prepare for complex procedural challenges and to set practical expectations for litigation timelines. Her practice is anchored in her experience at Robbins Ross Alloy Belinfante Littlefield LLC and in the federal court where she once clerked.
She remains based in Georgia, where she represents clients in matters before state and federal tribunals. Gage currently practices at Robbins Ross Alloy Belinfante Littlefield LLC, handling litigation matters in Georgia and in federal court.
