About Rachel C.
Rachel C. Krupnick built a steady path into the law, one classroom and clerkship at a time. She earned a J.D. from Rutgers University–Camden in 2021 after completing undergraduate studies at Towson University, where she received a B.S. in Journalism and New Media in 2015. Those academic choices gave her a mix of legal training and communication skills that she has carried into practice.
Her first legal experiences came in a law-firm setting and then on the bench. In 2020 she worked as a law clerk at McOmber McOmber & Luber, gaining early exposure to case preparation and the day-to-day demands of litigation. The following year she served as a law clerk to The Honorable Mark A. Troncone, J.S.C. That court experience put her inside hearings, familiarized her with courtroom procedures, and sharpened her written work on motions and opinions.
After law school and the clerkship, she returned to private practice. In 2022 Krupnick joined McOmber McOmber & Luber as an associate. Colleagues describe her as thorough in research and precise in drafting. She has handled discovery matters, prepared filings, and assisted in trial preparation while working with more senior attorneys on complex case work.
Krupnick’s early background in journalism influences how she approaches a file. She pays attention to narrative and clarity. She also leans on the procedural knowledge gained at the trial-court level when planning strategy and briefing legal questions. Those skills matter in litigation, where presentation and timing can change the course of a case.
Outside the office she has maintained professional ties since graduating law school. Her career to date reflects a mix of court-side experience and practice at the same firm over a period of years, which has given her continuity with a single practice environment and repeated exposure to courtroom matters.
She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and continues her career at McOmber McOmber & Luber. Her current practice focuses on courtroom advocacy and state-court litigation in New Jersey.
