About Rachel Bronwyn

Rachel Bronwyn Eeles blends island practice with transatlantic credentials. She trained in England, has worked in Guernsey for much of her career and has professional ties to the United States. The result is a layered legal résumé that moves between domestic and international matters.

She read law at the University of Exeter and took the Bar Vocational Course at the College of Law in London, completing the vocational stage in 2002. Those early academic years set a clear path into courtroom work and advisory practice across multiple jurisdictions.

Her professional life began in Guernsey at Mourant Ozannes in 2004. That role introduced her to the local commercial and regulatory landscape. By 2009 she was working as an associate at Albany Chambers and at AFR Advocates, roles that expanded her courtroom exposure and her involvement in civil litigation matters.

In 2011 she spent time in the United States as an intern with the Arizona Capital Representation Project in Tucson. The placement provided direct experience with American litigation and defense work. She also became a member of the State Bar of New York in 2011, formalising one strand of her transatlantic practice.

A move into leadership began in 2012 when she became owner of Lefebvre Chambers in Guernsey. Running a chambers brought administrative duties and client development into her daily work. Five years later she established RBE Law PC, which remains the vehicle for her practice as of 2026.

Her admissions and registrations span Guernsey, New York, England and Wales, and California. That mix allows her to advise on matters that touch multiple legal systems. She has handled courtroom litigation, client advice and the management of legal teams in small-firm and chambers settings.

Colleagues describe her work as procedural and pragmatic. She favors clear strategy and steady case management over rhetorical flourish. Files under her supervision tend to move methodically through evidence collection, filing and hearing preparation.

Outside the office she has kept ties to legal networks on both sides of the Atlantic. Those connections support cross-jurisdictional instructions and occasional co-counsel arrangements.

She now practises from RBE Law PC. Her current practice focuses on litigation and advisory work that draws on her experience in Guernsey and her admissions in the United States and England and Wales.
