About Rachel
Rachel Bosworth graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002 and went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2006. Those years framed her legal formation. They also placed her at two of Texas’s larger public and professional communities for future colleagues and clients.
She launched her career immediately after law school as an associate at Vinson & Elkins LLP in 2006. At that national firm she worked in an associate role during the early years of practice, gaining exposure to the workflows and institutional structures of a major law office. Her time there provided a foundation in firm-based practice and the professional routines of billable-client work.
After more than a decade in the legal field, she moved into practice in a different setting. In 2021 she joined Thrash, Carroll and Vanway Law Group as a lawyer. The move returned her to a Texas-centered practice environment. It also placed her in a firm where she could apply the experience she had accumulated in earlier years to local client matters.
Throughout her career she has practiced under the jurisdiction of Texas. That continuity has allowed her to maintain an ongoing familiarity with state procedures, filings, and courtroom requirements.
