R. Linley Richter is a seasoned family law attorney located in Cordova, Tennessee, with over 30 years of dedicated experience in divorce and family law matters. While in law school, he was an active member of the Moot Court Board and received the prestigious Best Brief Award during the Mock Trial Competition. This seminar highlighted his expertise in military divorce issues, and he has continued to conduct several seminars on this topic since then. Additionally, he is a licensed pilot, a hobby he continues to enjoy. Mr. Richter resides in Cordova with his wife, Kathy, whom he married in 1993. In 1998, they expanded their family by adopting a son named Joshua from Soc Trang, Vietnam. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, working out, cooking, and playing music, reflecting a well-rounded and fulfilling life both personally and professionally.
