About R. Deniger Cobb
R. Deniger Cobb Jr. built his legal foundation through a steady educational path. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Delta State University in 2010 after beginning that study in 2006. He continued his education at the University of Memphis College of Law, completing his J.D. in 2016 following enrollment in 2013.
Cobb moved into practice soon after law school. In 2016 he joined Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz Personal Injury Lawyers as an attorney. His work at the firm placed him in a practice area that centers on claims arising from accidents and related injuries. Colleagues describe him as methodical and focused on the practical steps that advance a case.
Across his career he has maintained active membership in the State Bar of Tennessee. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, allowing him to handle both state and federal filings. He also completed the Rule 31 Mediator Training, a 40-hour program required by the Tennessee Supreme Court to be listed as a mediator.
That mediator credential complements his litigation work. It gives him additional tools when cases move toward settlement or require neutral dispute resolution. At the firm he has participated in mediations and other pretrial settings, and he has been involved in the drafting and negotiation phases that follow initial filings.
Cobb’s professional record is centered on personal injury practice at Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz. He handles client intake, case investigation, and the negotiation steps that often determine how claims resolve. In federal matters he files and responds to pleadings in the Western District of Tennessee when cases fall under its jurisdiction.
He continues to practice in Tennessee, balancing courtroom work and mediation preparation. His current practice is concentrated on personal injury matters handled through Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz Personal Injury Lawyers.
