About Quinn Eric
Quinn Eric Brock is a partner at Brock & Stout Attorneys at Law, which has offices in Enterprise and Dothan, Alabama. Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1973, he has deep roots in the South. His academic journey began at Louisiana State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. This foundation in finance has proven beneficial in his legal career, particularly in understanding the economic implications of Social Security cases. In 2000, Brock earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
Upon graduation, he became licensed to practice law in Alabama and Florida, as well as in all federal courts in Alabama and the Northern District of Florida. His legal career took off immediately, focusing primarily on Social Security Disability—a field he has been dedicated to since the start of his practice. Over the past 25 years, he is known for effectively representing clients seeking Social Security benefits, handling the requirements of the system with expertise. Brock's commitment to his field is further demonstrated by his status as a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). This organization is dedicated to supporting attorneys who represent Social Security claimants, and Brock’s membership shows his dedication to staying current with developments in Social Security law.
His experience gave him the skills necessary to advocate for clients facing challenges in obtaining the benefits they deserve. In 2005, Brock faced disciplinary proceedings initiated by the Alabama State Bar — The Disciplinary Commission initially recommended disbarment due to the nature of the offense. However, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals reviewed the case and deemed the recommended sanction manifestly excessive, particularly given Brock's brief tenure at the bar. Ultimately, the Board concluded that a six-month suspension was a more fitting response, after which he would be required to seek reinstatement. This experience has shaped his approach to legal ethics and client representation.
With over two decades of experience, Brock continues to focus on Social Security Disability cases. He has successfully represented numerous clients, providing legal assistance and guidance through the often daunting process of applying for Social Security benefits. His dedication to his clients and his field is evident in his ongoing commitment to professional development and ethical practice. As he continues his work at Brock & Stout, Quinn Eric Brock remains a steadfast advocate for those handling the requirements of Social Security law.
