Throughout his career, Mr. Dwelshauvers has represented clients in various courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate attorney at a law firm specializing in immigration law in Fresno for several years. His extensive experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities of immigration law and the challenges faced by individuals navigating the immigration system.
