About Philip
Philip Spradling graduated from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2013. He finished law school during a period of steady change in Nevada's courts. The degree set the stage for a practice rooted in state law and courtroom procedure.
He entered practice soon after earning his J.D. In 2015 he worked as a divorce lawyer at RIGHT Lawyers. That early experience placed him in contested family matters and included courtroom appearances, settlement negotiations and drafting agreements. The role gave him exposure to the practical demands of family law in Nevada.
Spradling's caseload has centered on marital dissolution and related family issues. He has handled the kinds of matters that typically arise in divorce proceedings: custody arrangements, property division and support calculations. He approaches cases in a direct, pragmatic way. He balances negotiation and litigation depending on what each file requires.
Colleagues and opposing counsel describe him as steady in hearings and attentive to procedural detail. He spends time preparing for hearings and motions, and he keeps clients informed about next steps. His background in local practice means he understands how judges in the area tend to approach family law disputes, which helps in case assessment and strategy.
Spradling maintains offices in Spring Valley and Summerlin and is affiliated with RIGHT Lawyers. He handles client intake, counsel sessions and court appearances from those locations. He continues to practice in Nevada and represents clients in divorce and other family law matters out of his local offices.
