Mr. Donnelly earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University, completed in 1990. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1993 and the New York State Bar in 1994.
His practice encompasses real estate financing, commercial leasing, and environmental law compliance. He advises clients on the purchase and sale of commercial real property, including Section 1031 exchanges, and provides guidance on business formations, acquisitions, and sales. In 2022, Mr. Donnelly was appointed President of the Board of Trustees for the Family Resource Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals and families coping with epilepsy, autism, and other disorders.
He has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for seven consecutive years, from 2019 to 2025. Mr. Donnelly is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Hunterdon County Bar Association.
