Peter G. Siachos is a seasoned trial attorney and partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, with offices in Florham Park, New Jersey, and Charleston, South Carolina. Licensed to practice law in New Jersey since 2005, he has built a robust career marked by extensive litigation experience across multiple jurisdictions. His practice encompasses New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and the District of Columbia, showcasing his versatility and reach within the legal field. Notably, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, evidence of his qualifications and expertise. As co-chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Class Action practice groups, Mr. Siachos plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s approach to complex legal challenges.
He serves as the Managing Partner of the Charleston office, where he oversees operations and strategy. His trial experience is particularly impressive—having successfully tried 74 cases to verdict, he has handled both class action and individual matters nationwide. His litigation practice covers many disputes, including consumer protection, franchise matters, trademark disputes, product liability, and shareholder conflicts. In addition to commercial litigation, Mr. Siachos addresses employment issues, such as anti-competition, retaliation, discrimination, and harassment claims. His ability to navigate these complex areas of law is further demonstrated by his management of over 100 hearings aimed at securing injunctive relief. These hearings have included temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions in various contexts, such as trademark disputes, franchise issues, and consumer protection matters. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1997, following his B.A. from the University of South Carolina Honors College in 1993. His legal career began with a significant role as a law clerk to South Carolina Governor James H. Hodges from 1999 to 2000. Furthermore, he was appointed by Governors Hodges and Mark Sanford as South Carolina Commissioner for National and Community Service from 2000 to 2005.
