About Paul

Paul Radosevich is a Denver-based attorney specializing in Social Security Disability law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1979 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Denver, also obtained in 1979. He was admitted to the Colorado State Bar in 1982.

In 1982, he began his legal career in Denver, focusing on Social Security Disability, workers' compensation, and personal injury cases. Over time, he narrowed his practice to Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) law, representing clients from initial applications through federal court appeals. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), reflecting his commitment to staying informed about developments in Social Security law.

In 1989, the Colorado Supreme Court disbarred him for improperly withdrawing approximately $265,000 in client funds for personal use. Subsequently, the Nebraska Supreme Court disbarred him in 1993 based on this action. Despite these disciplinary actions, he has maintained an active license in Colorado since 1982.

He practices at Radosevich & Dixon, located at 7373 E — Ellsworth Ave., Denver, CO 80230.
