About Paul

Paul Jungers began his education at Indiana University in Bloomington. He completed his undergraduate studies there before moving on to legal training at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he earned his law degree. Those years laid the groundwork for a practice that spans state lines.

After law school he gained admission to the bars of Indiana and Tennessee and entered private practice. He built experience handling matters arising under the laws of both states. Over time he developed a practice that serves individuals and local businesses, drawing on courtroom work as well as client counseling. He has worked in roles that required both litigation and transactional skills.

Jungers approaches cases with an emphasis on clear communication and practical problem solving. He spends time reviewing statutory frameworks and case law to shape options for clients. In court he presents factual and legal arguments; outside of court he negotiates and prepares agreements and filings. His work involves state courts and administrative forums. He handles disputes, regulatory questions, and routine business matters that commonly affect businesses and private parties in Indiana and Tennessee.

Colleagues and clients describe him as straightforward and attentive to detail. He favors an orderly approach to case preparation and tries to set realistic expectations early in a matter. That habit helps when schedules are tight and deadlines loom. He also allocates time to explain the mechanics of a case to people who are not familiar with legal process.

Today he practices at The Jungers Law Office, representing clients in Indiana and Tennessee.
