About Patrick

Patrick Napolski earned his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2012. He completed a rigorous legal curriculum during a time when the school emphasized practical skills and courtroom preparation. The diploma marked the end of formal study and the start of a professional life in law.

Following law school, Napolski moved into legal practice. He built a foundation in legal research and written advocacy. He also gained experience handling client matters and courtroom proceedings. Those early years established the practical side of his work: clear analysis, attention to record, and steady preparation for hearings and negotiations.

Napolski’s training included courses and clinics that exposed him to civil procedure, evidence, and trial advocacy. He developed the kinds of skills that lawyers use every day: briefing issues, preparing witnesses, and managing discovery. His education also required sustained legal writing, which remains central to much of his work.

Throughout his career he has worked on a range of assignments that required both strategic thinking and attention to detail. He has handled case intake, drafted motions, and participated in settlement discussions. He has also advised clients on procedural matters and guided them through litigation timelines. That combination of tasks is common for lawyers who manage contested matters and transactional work alike.

Colleagues describe Napolski as methodical in his approach. He tends to prioritize client communication and orderly case management. His practice style reflects the practical training he received in law school and the day-to-day demands of handling contested and non-contested matters.

Outside the office Napolski has maintained professional ties through memberships in legal organizations. Those connections keep him engaged with peers and current developments in law. He remains involved in ongoing education and the routine practice tasks that shape a lawyer’s career.

He currently practices law, representing clients across a range of legal matters.
