About Patrick Michael
Patrick Michael Grall earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from Auburn University in 2004 and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2007. He combined formal training in business with legal education early in his career. That blend of backgrounds has informed both his practice and civic work.
After law school Grall moved into private practice and, by 2012, was a partner at Grall Law Group. He became managing partner in 2017, a role that put him in charge of day-to-day decisions as well as longer-term firm strategy. In 2020 he added a public-facing role when he took on the title of General Counsel for the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, advising the organization on legal and operational matters.
Grall holds a Florida real estate broker license through Florida Realtors. He served on the Indian River County Planning & Zoning Commission from 2017 to 2018, a post that exposed him to land use and municipal procedures. He has also been active in local education governance, joining the St. Helen Catholic School Advisory Council in 2014 and remaining on that council. His community involvement stretches back; he has been a member of the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network since 2007.
Professional associations reflect a mix of local and statewide engagement. Grall is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Palm Beach County Justice Association. He has been the General Counsel of the Indian River County Bar Association since 2020. These memberships signal sustained participation in bar and trial-law communities across the region.
Within his practice, Grall has handled matters that connect business concerns, real estate, and local governmental questions. His background in finance and his broker credential allow him to approach property transactions and related legal issues from more than a purely legal angle. Serving clients in Florida, he draws on both private-practice experience and public-sector roles when advising individuals, businesses, and local organizations.
Colleagues describe his path as one that balances running a law firm with active civic involvement. He has maintained steady ties to the Indian River County professional community while overseeing Grall Law Group’s operations. He continues to practice law in Florida through Grall Law Group, where his work includes real estate matters and business-related legal services.
