About Patrick
Patrick Grozinger built a varied legal and business education before entering private practice. He earned a J.D. and a Graduate Diploma in Civil Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2010, after completing an MBA in International Business at the International School of Management in 2009. He holds both a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in History from Southern Methodist University, awarded in 2002.
His dual legal credentials reflect training in both common-law and civil-law traditions. That combination informed early work in small business development and later legal roles. After graduating from SMU, he served as a Small Business Development Agent with the United States Peace Corps in 2003. The position exposed him to business planning and community-level economic issues.
Grozinger moved into legal support roles while completing his law degrees. He was a senior law clerk at Long Law Office in 2008 and worked as a law clerk for Diez Arguelles & Tejedor, P.A. in 2010. Those positions involved legal research, docket preparation and assisting attorneys with case files. The practical experience complemented his academic training.
In 2011 he took on public-sector legal work. He served as an Assistant State Lawyer in the State Lawyer's Office, Ninth Judicial Circuit, and also spent time as a legal intern at a Public Defender's Office. Those roles gave him courtroom exposure and experience handling case preparation, client interviews and advocacy under supervision.
In 2014 he established Grozinger Law, P.A. and has operated the practice since then. As owner he manages the firm's operations and represents clients across a range of matters. His practice draws on prior government experience and private-sector legal work, and it reflects his interdisciplinary education in law, business and economics.
Grozinger is admitted to practice in Texas, the District of Columbia and Florida. He serves clients through Grozinger Law, P.A., handling matters that arise in those jurisdictions. He currently concentrates his practice at Grozinger Law, P.A. on matters in Texas, the District of Columbia and Florida.
