About Patrick Arun
Patrick Arun Iyampillai completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, earning a B.S. in Social Sciences in 2013. He went on to study law at Stetson University College of Law and received his J.D. in 2016. Those years in school shaped his interest in the practical work of representing people after serious accidents and injuries.
He entered the field of personal injury law shortly after law school. From 2017 to 2018 he worked at a large personal injury law office. In that role he handled client intake, prepared pleadings, took and defended depositions, and participated in negotiations. He worked on a steady flow of cases that required quick triage and careful case development. The job offered a fast introduction to courtroom procedure and the deadlines that shape civil litigation.
In 2019 he joined Hale Law as a partner and accident lawyer. At Hale Law he assumed responsibility for managing case files and steering litigation strategies for clients involved in motor vehicle collisions and other serious accidents. He regularly coordinates investigations, reviews medical records, and communicates with treating providers and experts. His role involves both courtroom appearances and settlement work, and he is involved in the practical decision-making that moves a case forward.
Iyampillai holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from the University of South Florida Office of Corporate Training and Professional Education. He is admitted to practice in Florida. Over the course of his career he has worked on cases across the state, handling the procedural and substantive demands that come with injury litigation.
He describes his work as legal problem-solving in a setting that can be urgent and personal for clients. He manages claims arising from accidents and seeks outcomes that address medical care and economic loss. Iyampillai continues to practice at Hale Law, where his work centers on accident and personal injury matters.
