About Patricia Nicole
Patricia Nicole Syverson earned her law degree from California Western School of Law in 1999 after completing a bachelor’s degree at the University of California, San Diego in 1996. She entered the legal profession at the end of the 1990s, bringing a recent academic grounding into practice as the new century began. Her education placed her among a generation of attorneys who moved quickly into private practice.
She joined Bonnett Fairbourn Friedman & Balint, PC in 2000. The record lists her role there as lawyer and partner. Those early years in private practice shaped her approach to client work and firm collaboration. She stayed in firm settings where partner-level responsibilities became part of her daily routine.
Two decades into her career she moved to Yen Pilch Robaina Kresin PLC as a lawyer and partner in 2022. That change marked a later-stage transition between established firms. A year after that move she co-founded a new firm. In 2023 she became a founding partner of Frankel Syverson PLLC. The shift to founding a firm followed many years of practice at partner level in other organizations.
Syverson is licensed to practice in both California and Arizona. That dual licensure has enabled her to handle matters that cross state lines and to advise clients on jurisdictional considerations. Over time she has accumulated experience in private firm environments where partner responsibilities include case management, client counseling, and coordination among attorneys.
Her record shows steady progression from law school graduate to partner and then to founding partner. The path is marked by long spells in firm practice and by moves that reflect new organizational roles rather than academic appointments or public office. Colleagues and clients have encountered her in settings that require both individual case work and the administrative duties that come with partnership. Her current work is conducted through Frankel Syverson PLLC, where she serves as a founding partner and handles matters brought from California and Arizona. Her current practice focuses on matters arising in California and Arizona.
