Additionally, she obtained a Master of Fine Arts degree in Media Arts from Northern Illinois University in 1987. Ms. Kroll has been admitted to practice before several courts, including the Superior Court of California for the County of Ventura, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. In 2018, she was promoted to shareholder at Benton, Orr, Duval & Buckingham, PC, the oldest law firm in Ventura County. This promotion reflects her significant contributions to the firm and her dedication to her clients. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member at California State University, Channel Islands, lecturing on Business Law and Biotechnology Law and Regulation.
Ms. Kroll is an active member of the California State Bar and the Massachusetts Bar. She has been involved in various professional associations, including the California Lawyers Association, where she is a member of the Litigation and Business Law Sections. She has also been recognized for her contributions to the legal community, including being elected to serve as a trustee of the UC Santa Cruz Foundation.
