About Pamela E.

Pamela E. Palmer graduated from Rhodes College with a B.A. in political science and earned her J.D. at the College of William and Mary. Those years of study shaped an interest in law that led her into litigation and public service. She entered the profession prepared to move between private practice and government work.

Her early career included a position as an associate at Buckley Beal LLP in 2014. She later served as a trial lawyer for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 2018, a post that put her in courtroom and investigative settings. In 2019 she joined Elarbee, Thompson, Sapp & Wilson, LLP as a lawyer and has remained with the firm since.

Across those roles Palmer has mixed private firm assignments and public-sector litigation. The title at the EEOC signals direct trial experience. Her time in private practice began before that and resumed afterward, giving her exposure to different types of client matters and case management styles. Colleagues describe a lawyer who is practical in approach and attentive to procedural detail.

She is active in professional and civic organizations. Palmer holds memberships in the Georgia Association of Black Women Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers and the Gate City Bar. She also participated in LEAD Atlanta, completing the Class of 2020. Those involvements keep her connected to peers across the state and to community networks.

Licensed to practice in Georgia, Palmer has built a practice that draws on trial work and firm experience. She handles courtroom work and related pretrial preparation, and she continues to engage in matters that arise in state and federal settings. Clients and fellow lawyers encounter a practitioner who blends courtroom experience with the routines of firm litigation.

She remains at Elarbee, Thompson, Sapp & Wilson, LLP, where she practices in Georgia. Her current practice centers on employment and civil litigation.
