Pamela A — Mulligan serves as Counsel at Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC, located in Princeton, New Jersey. Joining the firm in 2015, she has dedicated her practice to litigation, real estate. Creditors' rights. Ms. Mulligan represents both secured and unsecured lenders, which includes corporate and banking clients, in various bankruptcy proceedings—specifically Chapters 7, 11, and 13. Her expertise extends to contested and uncontested foreclosures, collection matters, and commercial loan transactions. Additionally, she advocates for businesses and individuals, including artists and media organizations, in copyright, trademark, and general litigation matters. Mulligan had a substantial career as a business development executive. She worked on national marketing programs for some of the nation's largest entertainment, media, and non-profit organizations. This experience provided her with a unique perspective that she brings to her legal practice. Furthermore, she represented national and community banks, businesses, and individuals at prominent New Jersey law firms, gaining invaluable insights into the legal field of the state. Ms. Mulligan earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006. Her academic journey also includes a Master of Arts from Seton Hall University, completed in 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University, obtained in 1989. Following her graduation from law school, she was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2007.
In addition to her state bar admission, she is also authorized to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Active involvement in the legal community has been a hallmark of Ms. Mulligan's career. Since 2007, she has been a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, where she has served in various leadership roles. Notably, she held the position of Secretary of the Association and later served as Treasurer of the Burlington County Bar Foundation. Her contributions to the Association and the community were recognized in 2011 when she received the Robert W. Criscuolo Award from the Burlington County Bar Association.
In 2015, Ms. Mulligan was installed as President of the Burlington County Bar Foundation and took on the role of Treasurer of the Burlington County Bar Association. Her leadership in these positions supports her the legal profession and her dedication to serving her community.
