Oyvind Wistrom is a shareholder and the President of the Board of Directors at Lindner & Marsack, S.C., a law firm based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr. Wistrom has dedicated his entire legal career to representing and defending employers in a variety of employment-related matters. He has served as first chair in several state and federal civil trials, demonstrating his capability in high-stakes legal environments. Notably, he has obtained summary judgment for defendants in more than 30 employment discrimination and civil rights lawsuits. His success in these cases has established him as a formidable presence in the courtroom. Mr. Wistrom is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, as well as in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit. He is also authorized to practice in the U.S.
District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. His professional affiliations include membership in the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bar Association, the Human Resource Management Association of Southeast Wisconsin, Inc., and the Metro Milwaukee Association of Commerce.
