About Omar G.

Omar G. Nassar built his legal foundation at the University of California, San Diego, where he earned a B.S. in Management Science in 2003. He went on to study law at California Western School of Law and received his J.D. in 2011. Those years framed his interest in the intersection of business and real estate law.

Early in his career he spent time at Gerard & Associates in 2010. That role gave him front-line exposure to client matters and the practical demands of litigation work. Within a few years he moved to start his own practice, bringing together the academic background and early experience into a boutique firm model.

In 2012 he founded The Nassar Firm and has served as its lawyer and owner since then. The firm is based in Southern California and describes its work as centered on real estate and business litigation. Nassar also holds a real estate broker’s license from the California Bureau of Real Estate, a credential that informs how he handles disputes tied to transactions and brokerage issues.

Nassar’s practice concentrates on disputes that arise from commercial and residential real estate transactions and business relationships. He represents clients in matters such as contract disputes, escrow and title issues, and conflicts involving brokers and agents. His background in management science and his broker certification give him practical perspective on the financial and transactional aspects of these cases.

Colleagues and clients have noted his hands-on approach in preparing cases for negotiation or trial. He began practicing law in the early 2010s and has balanced courtroom work with counseling clients on risk and transactional problems. The firm’s size allows him to remain directly involved in each matter rather than shifting day-to-day oversight to junior staff.

Outside of litigation, Nassar’s broker license positions him to advise clients on compliance and licensing questions that sometimes intersect with disputes. He has handled matters at different stages, from pre-suit negotiations to contested hearings, and often works with experts in title, valuation, and brokerage practices when cases require that input.

Today Omar G. Nassar continues to run The Nassar Firm, representing individuals, brokers, and businesses in Southern California on real estate and business litigation matters.
