About Ofir
Ofir Raviv is an attorney licensed in Hawaii who earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa’s William S. Richardson School of Law in 2015. He took coursework in bankruptcy during law school, developing an early interest in insolvency and debtor-creditor law. His legal training combined classroom study with practical clinics and research projects common at the Richardson School.
After law school, Raviv entered private practice. In 2016 he worked as a lawyer at Abelmann Peterson Law. Records list his role at that firm in 2016, where he handled matters consistent with his bankruptcy training and adjacent civil issues. That early experience placed him in a firm environment and exposed him to client counseling, filings, and courtroom procedure.
Raviv holds current membership in the State Bar of Hawaii. He is authorized to practice in the state and maintains ties to the local legal community. His bar membership is listed as current and he works under Hawaii jurisdiction, practicing law within the state’s courts and administrative systems.
Colleagues and clients have noted his steady approach to case work. He takes a methodical view of deadlines and procedural requirements. He tends to break problems into discrete steps and address them one at a time. This practical style shows in how he prepares filings and communicates options to clients.
Outside of firm duties, Raviv has remained connected to topics he studied in law school. Bankruptcy and related creditor-debtor questions remain an area where he applies the training he received at Richardson. He has handled filings and procedural matters tied to insolvency cases and has worked on surrounding civil issues where those subjects intersect.
Today he practices law in Hawaii. He continues to serve clients who need assistance with bankruptcy matters and related civil practice, operating under his State Bar of Hawaii membership and working within the state’s legal system.
