About Nora
Nora Rotella built a career that ties two Florida cities together. She grew up in the state's legal landscape and returned to it after completing her education. Her work now centers in South Florida, where she co-leads a small firm with offices in West Palm Beach and Miami.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and Spanish from the University of Miami, completing the degree in 2007. She then went on to St. Thomas University School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2011. Those years shaped her approach to law: practical, detail-oriented and rooted in regional concerns.
After law school, Rotella began practicing in Florida. Within a few years she moved from associate roles into firm leadership. In 2014 she and a colleague launched Rotella & Hernandez, LLC. The firm opened offices in West Palm Beach and Miami and has served a range of clients from those locations since then.
Colleagues describe Rotella as steady in court and deliberate in negotiations. She combines courtroom preparation with attention to procedural detail. She is comfortable handling matters that require both legal analysis and client-facing explanation. Her bilingual background in Spanish has been useful in South Florida’s diverse legal market.
Rotella’s practice reflects the practical needs of individuals and businesses in the region. She favors clear communication over legal jargon. That approach shows in client meetings and in the way her firm organizes casework across its two offices. She has overseen litigation and transactional matters and coordinates outside resources when cases demand specialized expertise.
Today she serves as a founding partner at Rotella & Hernandez, LLC, working from the firm’s West Palm Beach and Miami offices. Her current practice focuses on serving clients in Florida from those offices.
