About Nolan Ryan
Nolan Ryan McConville took a straightforward path into law. He grew up studying business and left Texas Tech University in 2013 with a B.B.A. in marketing and management. He stayed in Lubbock for law school and earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2016.
After graduation McConville entered practice in Texas. He joined the legal community that same year and became involved in trial circles across the state. Memberships in the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association date to 2016 and remain current. Those ties helped shape his early courtroom work and connected him to peers handling civil disputes and trial-level litigation.
In 2018 he became managing partner at Nolan Ryan Law. He took on both leadership and casework responsibilities. The title reflects an administrative role as well as an active role in litigation. He has overseen case intake, directed litigation strategy, and represented clients at hearings and trials.
Colleagues describe McConville as pragmatic in court. He prepares methodically and prefers to let evidence and testimony carry the argument. That approach suits the trial associations he belongs to. He also draws on his undergraduate background in marketing and management when advising clients about the business implications of litigation. McConville continues to practice through Nolan Ryan Law. He remains licensed to practice in Texas and stays involved in professional associations that emphasize trial work. He currently handles civil litigation and trial work in Texas.
