About Noah
Noah Klug earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University in 2001 and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2007. He moved from arts training into law school and onward into immigration practice. Those two degrees bracket a professional path that runs from government work to private practice leadership. His legal credentials are anchored in New York, where he maintains bar membership.
Klug began his legal career in federal service as a Lawyer-Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review in 2007. That early role placed him inside the adjudicative side of immigration law and exposed him to the procedural and appellate work that often follows agency decisions. He left government work for private practice and returned to that sector several times over the next decade.
In 2008 he joined Fragomen as a senior associate and later held a senior lawyer role at Nevett Ford beginning in 2012. He moved to Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP as a senior associate in 2014. Those positions deepened his experience in business immigration and employer-side matters, as well as client counseling across complex administrative processes. In 2016 he took on a director role at Fragomen, returning to a large-firm environment where he managed matters and contributed to team operations.
Klug launched his own practice in 2018 and is the principal of Klug Law Office PLLC. The move into solo practice reflected a shift toward handling a broad mix of matters directly for clients. His background combines federal adjudicative perspective and years at specialized immigration firms. He has also remained active in professional networks, serving on the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s National Business Immigration Committee since 2008 and holding membership in the State Bar of New York.
Peers and clients have encountered him on employer compliance issues, visa petitions and administrative proceedings. His earlier role at EOIR informs how he approaches hearings and agency interactions. Over time he has handled transactional filings and contested matters, working on both routine and more complex files.
Klug’s career emphasizes a steady movement from public service into private practice leadership. He runs Klug Law Office PLLC and continues to practice immigration law in New York. He currently represents employers and individuals in employment-based and family immigration matters, visa petitions, and administrative proceedings.
