Mr. Fiedler earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1995. Prior to his legal education, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Arts in Theology at Ambassador University in 1988. He began his legal career as an associate attorney at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in Milwaukee, where he focused on defending professionals in malpractice and fiduciary duty breach cases. His responsibilities also included handling various commercial litigation matters. During his tenure at Hinshaw & Culbertson, Mr.
Fiedler led or co-led more than 15 trials, achieving an impressive 90% success rate. This early experience developed his litigation skills and established his reputation as a advocate in the courtroom. In 2016, Mr. Fiedler joined Barron & Newburger, P.C., where he has continued to make significant contributions to the legal field. He co-leads the Attorney Risk Management Practice Group and serves as the leader of the firm's Wisconsin office. His specialization in counseling lawyers and law firms on best practices to avoid legal issues has been invaluable. Additionally, he defends legal professionals against claims, ensuring they are protected in an increasingly complex legal field.
Mr. Fiedler is also a member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers and teaches Professional Responsibility at the University of Wisconsin Law School, further emphasizing his commitment to legal education.
