About Nnamdi

Nnamdi Jackson earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2012. He attended FIU during a period of growth at the school and graduated prepared for courtroom work and client advocacy. The law degree set the stage for a practice anchored in Florida and the federal courts that serve the region.

After law school, Jackson established a practice in South Florida. He gained admission to practice in the State of Florida and is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Over the years he has participated in the local bar community. He maintains memberships in both the Broward County Bar Association and the Miami-Dade Bar Association, where he has been an active member.

Jackson’s career has unfolded in private practice. He built his office to handle matters that cross municipal and federal lines. He has worked on cases that require pleadings in state court and filings before federal tribunals. That mix has shaped how he approaches client matters and courtroom strategy.

Colleagues describe Jackson as methodical and direct in his work. He favors clear briefs and concise oral argument. In the office he is known for organizing case files and for a practical approach to scheduling and deadlines. Those habits show in the day-to-day running of his practice and in the way he manages client expectations.

Outside the courtroom, Jackson has stayed engaged with the legal community through continuing legal education and local bar events. His memberships in county bar associations have kept him connected to developments in Florida law and procedural practice. Those ties help him stay current on rule changes and emerging case law that affect litigants in the state and federal systems.

Jackson operates The Law Office of Nnamdi S. Jackson, P.A. The firm handles matters that require filings and appearances across Florida and before the Eleventh Circuit. He staffs the office to respond to client questions and to move cases through state and federal dockets.

He currently concentrates his practice on representing clients in matters that proceed in Florida state courts and in federal courts within the Eleventh Circuit.
