About Nicole M.
Nicole M. Conger took a conventional path into the law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006. She then completed her legal education at St. Mary’s University School of Law, receiving her J.D. in 2011. Those years shaped her approach to practice: attention to practical detail, and an interest in how legal tools intersect with business decisions.
After graduating law school, Conger began practicing in Texas. She worked through the early years of her career gaining experience in court procedures, client counseling, and the day-to-day realities of running legal matters. In 2017 she opened her own firm. That move marked a shift from being an associate to handling all aspects of a solo practice, from client intake to case strategy and administrative oversight.
Her professional involvement extends beyond the office. Since 2017 she has been a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. That affiliation places her in a network of lawyers engaged in the state’s legal community and charitable efforts tied to access to justice and legal education. She participates in that community while managing the demands of a small practice.
As the owner of The Law Office of Nicole Conger, PLLC, she oversees a compact operation. Running a solo firm requires both legal skill and business judgment. Conger is responsible for case work, client communications, and the operational side of the practice. She has built a practice model that emphasizes direct attorney-client contact and personal oversight of each matter the firm accepts.
