About Nicole K.
Nicole K. Carson built her path to law from a liberal arts foundation. She graduated from Spelman College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts. Six years later she earned her J.D. from Michigan State University in 2004. Those formative years shaped a professional rhythm that would lead her back to Georgia, where she practices today.
After law school, Carson established herself in Georgia’s legal community. She is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. That dual admission gives her the procedural reach to represent clients in state courts and at the federal appellate level.
Carson is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and maintains an active presence there. Her standing in the bar reflects ongoing connections to the professional community and the forums where rules of practice and ethics are discussed and updated. She has cultivated working relationships across the bench and bar while focusing on client representation from intake through the later stages of litigation or appellate review.
At The Carson Law Group, LLC she serves as a senior lawyer. In that role she handles complex matters for clients and oversees aspects of case strategy and client counsel. Colleagues describe her as steady in court and exacting in preparation. She balances courtroom demands with the administrative and mentoring duties that come with a senior position.
Carson’s career has been shaped by steady professional development rather than single public milestones. Her education at Spelman and Michigan State provided a foundation in legal analysis and advocacy. Over time she has applied those skills to cases that require attention to procedural detail and an understanding of both state and federal practice. She is practiced at preparing briefs for appellate proceedings and managing litigation records at the trial level.
Outside of formal roles, Carson’s practice reflects a practical approach to legal problems. She emphasizes clear client communication and the timely management of cases. That approach informs how she prepares for hearings and structures litigation calendars. Her current work is centered at The Carson Law Group, LLC, where she continues to represent clients in matters spanning state and federal forums. Her current practice focuses on matters handled through The Carson Law Group, LLC.
