About Nicole H.
Nicole H. Dolle earned her law degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2013 after completing undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley in 2008. She arrived at law school after a liberal arts education in Berkeley and left Chapman ready to practice in California. The timeline of her education frames a quick transition into hands-on legal work.
While still a student, she took on a series of clerkships that exposed her to both criminal and civil work. In 2011 she served as a law clerk at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. The following year she held certified law clerk positions in the District Attorney’s Office’s Gang Unit and at the civil firm Cohn & Swartzon, PC. Those early roles involved investigation, document drafting and courtroom observation, and they offered contrasting perspectives on public prosecution and private civil practice.
After law school she joined RMD Law - Personal Injury Lawyers and is listed as a partner from 2013. Her career at RMD Law has centered on personal injury representation. She has handled matters that require claim development, negotiation with insurers and preparation for trial. The firm role places her on cases where factual investigation and legal strategy intersect.
Dolle is admitted to practice in California. She maintains memberships in several local and regional bar groups. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, has belonged to the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association since 2016, and joined the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles in 2014. Those affiliations keep her involved in the local legal community and its professional programs.
Her background in both a prosecutor’s office and a civil litigation firm informs how she approaches cases. The prosecutorial experience shaped her attention to witness development and evidence handling. Time at a private firm offered training in client counseling and motion practice. She draws on both when preparing claims, whether for settlement talks or for court.
She currently practices at RMD Law - Personal Injury Lawyers, where she represents individuals in personal injury matters and related civil claims.
