About Nick J.

Nick J. Pineiro earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2020 after completing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Central Florida in 2015. He moved from a broad undergraduate curriculum to law school in Florida, following a steady academic trajectory. The Stetson degree anchored his entry into the legal profession at a moment of rapid change in the courts and the practice of law.

After law school, Pineiro began practicing in Florida. He is admitted to the Florida bar and has worked in private practice as an associate lawyer. Early in his career he has combined courtroom preparation with client counseling and transactional work. That mix has given him hands-on exposure to case strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, and navigating procedural requirements in state courts.

Pineiro joined RAK Law Office as an associate. In that role he has taken on assignments that range from legal research and brief writing to client intake and court filings. He works alongside more senior attorneys on case development and also handles day-to-day matters that require direct client contact. The work has involved steady deadlines and practical problem solving rather than headline-grabbing litigation.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to fact development and clear in written work. He has applied the skills learned at Stetson in a practice setting where accuracy and timeliness matter. Pineiro’s time at the firm has allowed him to refine courtroom technique and document preparation, while learning the operational side of running cases through the Florida courts.

Outside the office he maintains ties to the legal community in Florida and continues to build professional connections formed during law school and early practice. He aims to provide steady representation for clients and to manage the practical demands of litigation and transactional work. He practices law as an associate at RAK Law Office in Florida.
