Nicholas James Cochran is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Cochran is a partner at Cochran & Associates LLP, a law firm located in Santa Ana, California. He has been practicing law for over 22 years, serving clients throughout Orange County and the greater Southern California area.
Mr. Cochran earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, where he graduated in 2004. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Oregon State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2000. During his time at Western State, he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and participated in the school's clinical legal education program.
Mr. Cochran concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, bankruptcy, family law, and employment law.
