About Nicholas
Nicholas Broder blends courtroom experience and in-house business roles. He has moved between appellate chambers, litigation firms, and corporate operations, building a practice shaped by both legal procedure and commercial realities.
Broder earned his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2010 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the College of Charleston in 2004. His academic path combined business training and legal study, a pairing that later informed his practice choices.
While at law school he worked in clinics and courts that gave him hands-on exposure to transactional work and federal procedure. In 2013 he served as a student lawyer in the University of Mississippi School of Law Transactional Clinic and took a legal internship with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi the same year. Earlier summer placements included a 2012 law clerk position at Motley Rice and a 2011 internship at the Henry County Superior Court. A 2009 business internship at VR Bus preceded his law studies and signaled an early interest in the business side of legal work.
After law school, Broder held staff lawyer positions at the U.S. Courts of Appeals in 2014 and again in 2016, where he gained experience with appellate filings, procedure, and legal research at a high level of review. In 2016 he also worked as a contract lawyer for TrustPoint International and as a litigation associate at Schreeder, Wheeler and Flint, balance that combined contract drafting and case development in commercial litigation.
In 2017 he joined InPrime Legal as a senior business lawyer, a role that leaned more heavily on corporate transactions and client counseling. Broder later broadened his responsibilities into operations and management when he served as chief of staff at Green Farms Co. in 2020, a post that added executive-level perspective to his legal background.
Broder is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and maintains an active standing there. His practice reflects both courtroom experience and in-house perspective. He handles matters involving business law, contract work, and appellate procedure, and he regularly advises clients on transactional and commercial issues.
He currently practices at InPrime Legal and handles corporate transactions and business law matters.
