About Nicholas
Nicholas Boca graduated from Arizona State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2013. He moved into legal practice soon after law school and took on roles that exposed him to both public and private sectors. Early experiences shaped the areas of law he would later concentrate on.
In 2014 he worked in the Arizona Attorney General's Office as an assistant. That same year he also practiced at Marina Alexandrovich, PLLC, gathering courtroom experience and client-facing work at a small firm. A year later he took on a leadership role, becoming Managing Lawyer at Cantor Law Group in 2015. The managing role broadened his responsibilities. He supervised matters and handled a caseload that touched on family issues and immigration-related proceedings.
Courtroom and adjudicatory experience continued to expand. In 2019 he served as Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court. In that temporary judicial capacity he presided over matters that required quick assessment and procedural control. The stint added direct judicial perspective to his practice and informed how he manages hearings and client expectations.
Boca holds admissions across several jurisdictions. He is admitted in Arizona and before the Arizona Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and before the U.S. Immigration Court. He is Board Certified as a Family Law Specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization, a credential that reflects a sustained involvement in family law cases and an emphasis on the standards set by the certifying body.
He maintains memberships in the Maricopa County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Those affiliations provide access to continuing education and professional networks that support trial practice and family law developments.
Today he serves as Managing Lawyer at Cantor Law Group. His work combines family law representation with practice before immigration authorities and federal court when matters require it. He continues to handle trials, hearings and client counseling, pairing courtroom experience with years of practice in both public office and private firms.
He currently practices at Cantor Law Group, where his practice centers on family law and immigration matters.
