About Nicholas
After completing his legal education, Nicholas Beeson began a career that has moved between public service and private practice in Pennsylvania. Early work in a prosecutor’s office gave him steady exposure to courtroom routines and the demands of managing complex criminal matters. He spent formative years honing the practical skills that trial work requires.
Beeson joined the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and advanced through a series of prosecutorial roles. He served as an Assistant District Lawyer and was elevated to the rank of Captain in 2015. In that capacity he carried supervisory responsibilities, handled courtroom duties and participated in the daily operations of a busy county office.
The municipal prosecutor’s office role required him to balance casework and supervision. As Captain he oversaw other attorneys and coordinated aspects of trial preparation. The position also involved decisions about charging, plea negotiations and trial assignments, tasks that provided experience across many phases of criminal litigation.
After his tenure in public prosecution, Beeson moved into private practice. He joined Beeson Law, LLC and began representing clients outside the government context. The transition allowed him to apply courtroom experience to individual cases and to work directly with clients on strategy and litigation choices.
