About Neil Patrick
Neil Patrick Solomon earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2011. He completed a rigorous course of study at Emory and left law school prepared for the demands of private practice. His time there coincided with a period when many young attorneys were entering practice amid changing courthouse procedures and shifting client needs.
After law school, Solomon moved into active practice. He took on a mix of courtroom representation and client counseling, developing practical skills in drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial. He has split his time between office work and appearances in court. Those early years shaped a steady approach to case preparation and client communication.
Colleagues describe Solomon as deliberate in his work. He spends time dissecting facts and testing legal theories against available evidence. He prefers careful planning over quick fixes. In practice that means written work that aims to anticipate challenges and a readiness to press issues when the facts and law support it. He also places importance on clear explanations to clients so they can weigh options with some sense of the trade-offs.
Over the course of his career he has handled matters that required both negotiation and litigation. He has worked on cases that progressed through motion practice and, in some instances, through trial. That breadth of experience has informed how he assesses case value and how he recommends strategies to clients. He adapts his approach depending on whether a dispute is best resolved at the bargaining table or in front of a judge or jury.
Solomon currently practices at Zinda Law Group, PLLC. At the firm he manages files, oversees discovery, and represents clients in court. He also spends time counseling clients on legal risks and possible courses of action. Within firm matters he collaborates with colleagues to coordinate litigation teams and to align case strategy with client objectives.
He now works at Zinda Law Group, PLLC, where his current practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in both litigation and transactional matters.
